 David J. Ulloa, Principal Broker, has over 40 years experience in the real estate industry as a real estate investor and developer and has been a licensed real estate broker on Guam since 1970. Prior to this, he was a real estate agent managing up to 70 agents in California. He has built a host of contacts locally and abroad, in both private and public sectors. He has been an active participant in Guam real estate from the upturns and booms to the downturns and economically challenging times, spanning four decades, in the 1970's, 1980's, 1990's and now in the 2000's. Along with his career in real estate, he has established a fine record of public service. His past government and community memberships include serving as Chairman of the Board for the Guam Power Authority, Guam Telephone Authority, Guam Housing & Urban Renewal Authority and the Territorial Seashore Protection Commission.  Paul J. Ulloa, Associate Broker, has been engaged in real estate investment and development since 1987. He brings with him nearly 20 years of real estate experience to the brokerage side of the family firm. His focus has been single-family detached homes and multi-family residential projects, including condominiums, apartments and townhomes, as well as numerous agricultural and small residential land subdivisions. He has actively participated in land acquisitions and sales. He has worked with various consultants and government agencies on planning, zoning, variance and conditional use issues, as well as applications for horizontal property regime.
